We would like to take this opportunity to announce that here at Liftmaster we now have a dedicated service department. In recent years the business has grown with the support of our distributor base and sales team, we now feel that with the ever increasing expectations of your customers, it has become a natural progression to provide you with the product support that you require to reinforce the excellence of the Liftmaster product range.
We have put in to place key office staff to provide fast efficient response times enabling customer satisfaction on all levels. We now have nationwide coverage using our Alton based and satellite engineers who are GEA accredited, based at various locations around the UK, all with fully equipped vans, able to provide rapid response anywhere, carrying out installations, after sales support, calibrations, servicing and much more, in conjunction with an engineering team working from our main location in Alton, Hampshire, and an approved sub-contractor network for added piece of mind.
Although we introduced service@liftmasteruk.com sometime ago, we can now add a direct dial line 01420 549037 to further compliment this as sometimes it provides the reassurance you require, as emails are not always possible and some customers would prefer the old fashioned voice on the phone.
